Why has my Paystack payout not arrived yet?

Paystack sends the money from each sale straight to your bank account. Alade never holds your money and takes no commission.
When to expect it
Payouts arrive on the next business day after the sale. Sales on Friday, Saturday or Sunday arrive on Monday, and public holidays add a day.
Common reasons for a delay
- Your first payout can take a little longer while Paystack checks your account.
- The bank account in Payments has a mistake. Open Payments and check the account name and number.
- A refund was taken from that day’s sales, so the payout is smaller or moves to the next day.
- Your bank is slow to credit the money. This usually clears within a few hours.

If a payout is more than 2 business days late, message us on WhatsApp with the order number and we will check with Paystack for you.
