No. Every store starts with a 3 day free trial with Business features, then you pick a plan. Add a card before the trial ends to keep the store live.
We try your card again on day 1 and day 3 and email you a payment link. After that the store pauses with a “back soon” page. Pay and it comes back straight away. Nothing is deleted.
No. Alade takes 0% commission on every sale, on every plan. You pay the plan only. Paystack charges its normal transaction fee on each payment, and you choose whether you or the customer covers it.
Yes. Upgrades apply straight away and you only pay the difference for the days left. Downgrades, and switching between monthly and yearly, apply at your next renewal.
Yes. Pay for a year and save 5% on any plan. We remind you 7 days before a yearly plan renews, so it is never a surprise.
No. If you cancel, your store stays open until the end of the period you paid for. Nothing is deleted, and you can come back any time.
